OLIVE OIL

The high quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is due, in addition to the use of traditional production techniques and the use of native plants, especially to the location of the olive grove in cool and ventilated hills.

Great attention is paid to early harvesting and timely milling so to obtain a product with no defects, high levels of polyphenols and very low acidity.

It is a herbal and fruity, very spicy Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The varieties are Tuscan Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, Dolce Agogia del Trasimeno to which we have recently added plants of Favolosa, Don Carlo and Giulia in the new olive groves.
