OLIVE OIL

The high quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is due, in addition to the use of traditional production techniques and the use of native plants, especially the location of the olive grove that is located in cool and ventilated hills.

Great attention is paid to harvesting that is done just at ripening and timely milling that allows you to obtain a product with no defects, high levels of polyphenols and very low acidity.

It’s a fruity, spicy oil. The varieties are Tuscan Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, Dolce Agogia del Trasimeno to which we have recently added plants of Fabulous, Don Carlo and Giulia for monocultivar packs.
