OUR OLIVE OIL

The high quality of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil is due, in addition to the use of traditional production techniques and the use of native plants, above all to the position of the olive grove that is located on cool and breezy hills.

Great attention is paid to the harvest, which is done as soon as the olives are ripe and to the timely milling which allows a product with no defects, high levels of polyphenols and very low acidity.

 

It is a fruity and spicy oil. The varieties are Tuscan Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, Dolce Agogia del Trasimeno to which we have recently added Favolosa, Don Carlo and Giulia plants.
